London Grow
Branding, copywriting, web design, printed collateral, B2C marketing strategy including email and social media, product photography, and signage print for an urban and commercial farming retail store in London

London Grow is an urban farming retail shop, established in 2013 in the heart of London. Catering to everyone from hobbyist gardeners to industrial farms and container growers, the shop offers a comprehensive range of materials for soil cultivation, aquaponics, aeroponics, and advanced greenhouse technologies.
When I joined the team, London Grow had just opened its second location and was in the early stages of developing its e-commerce platform, with virtually no online presence. By the time I moved on, London Grow had become one of the top three e-commerce websites in the UK for its category, boasted one of the busiest and fastest-growing Instagram pages, and had implemented regular newsletters and an automated email marketing system.
I was responsible for managing social media, planning and executing newsletter campaigns, and overseeing website banner rotations. I played a key role in shaping the shop’s marketing strategy, selecting featured products, and analyzing performance data.
Additionally, I created all necessary signage and contributed to the shop’s visual merchandising by designing and producing vinyl graphics. I also produced promotional flyers for both in-store distribution and inclusion in online orders, further enhancing customer engagement and brand visibility.
During my tenure, London Grow began launching its own product lines to further expand its market presence. I was deeply involved in every stage of this process, from developing the branding and packaging to creating instruction manuals and building dedicated product pages on the website. I also produced flyers, social media content, and all other graphic or marketing materials required to successfully introduce these new brands to the market, ensuring a cohesive and professional identity across every customer touchpoint.
